  • Our trusted landscape specialists can help transform your outside living space into a true escape. There are a lot of moving parts with landscape renovations, and our team of experts ensures you get the yard of your dreams, on time and on budget.

  • We have extensive commercial experience in tenant improvements (TIs). Every business has specific needs and TI’s enable them to customize a leased space to meet those needs. Some examples of TI’s include adding walled offices, a break room or kitchen, an additional bathroom, conference rooms, drop ceilings and painting. Moving into a new leased property is an exciting time for improvements and change. Make sure you understand your tenant improvement clause and to get the most out of it.

  • When we work on a renovation project with you, we keep every step of the building process in mind and that can include handling every detail in the building project. Starting from concept designs and supplying building materials all the way to the building stage itself.

    STEELE manages the entire process for you by consulting with the jurisdiction involved, requesting bylaw relaxations (where necessary), procuring development and building permits (if required), and any other element that is challenging for the customer to do without prior experience.
